I am licensed in Washington, and Oregon, and Idaho and am able to provide virtual tele-health sessions in those states.

Coaching may deepen your self-learning and self-acceptance in the same way therapy might. However, coaching is a non-clinical professional partnership between Coach and Client.
I welcome clients from all geographic locations!
Professional coaching is distinctly different than
counseling, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. Coaching should also not be used as a substitute for mental health care.
